三總醫師戴念梓說，三總取得兩名大體捐贈皮，經消毒、除菌等程序約兩周後才能使用，但這也只是暫時性敷料，最終需靠自體皮膚或是細胞培養。

三軍總醫院目前收治五十名八仙樂園粉塵爆炸傷者，有廿五人在加護病房，其中廿二人插管。副院長蔡建松指出，看到部分傷者情況好轉，下周將有兩人會自加護病房轉到普通病房。

整形外科主任戴念梓表示，近日死後器官捐贈者中有兩人捐出皮膚，日前已赴新竹國泰醫院取七十八%大體皮膚、昨天赴北榮取得卅八%大體皮膚，每名捐贈者依體型不同，能取得皮膚也不同。

戴念梓指出，取出的大體皮膚一%是二百平方公分，進入皮膚庫後要經清洗、消毒、除菌、排除感染性檢驗後才能製作，二周後才能使用，在此之前還有其他替代，如進口大體皮膚、人工皮、動物皮。

來自美國、歐洲的大體皮膚也陸續抵台，人種不同使用上是否有不同，戴念梓說，大體皮膚是作為生物敷料使用，人種不同呈現的膚色有別，最終還需透過自體皮膚移植或是自體角質細胞培養。
